In implementing numerous remote sensing projects, GeoViet Consulting has generated sets of satellite image data for Vietnam territory along with added-value products such as image maps, mosaic images, time-serie images, high-level images (with geophysical parameters).

• MODIS Images: MODIS data (on board of TERRA and AQUA satellites) consist of 36 spectral bands with moderate resolution (250m, 500m and 1000m) are usually used for land cover and crop monitoring, biophysical parameters, ocean color and surface temperature… for a region. Our multi-year MODIS data archive includes georeferenced, cloud-free, mosaic and monthly composite images for Vietnam land and sea territory…

• LandSat Images: Landsat data include: 4-band MSS images with 80m resolution, 7-band TM images with resolution of 30m & 90m and Landsat ETM+ images with a panchromatic band of 15m resolution, 7 multispectral bands of 30m and 90m resolution. Our image data archive includes historical images..., which can be used for urban development research, monitoring of environmental changes, changes in coastal zone…

• SPOT Images: SPOT data include SPOT4 images with 4 MS-bands and resolution of 10m & 20m; SPOT5 images with a PAN band of 2.5m resolution, 4 MS-bands of 10m resolution… SPOT data are often used to prepare and update land use maps, agriculture and forest maps of large scale...
  

• ASTER Images: ASTER data (on board of TERRA and AQUA satellites) consist of 14 bands: 3 VNIR bands with resolution of 15m, 6 SWIR bands with 30m and 5 TIR bands with 90m resolution… In additional, with stereo imaging, DEM data are generated worldwide. Our image data archive includes historical images and ASTER DEM dataset for whole Vietnam’s territory…, which can be used to monitor land cover and land use changes, surface moisture availability and other biophysical parameters as well as to study urban heat island phenomena...

• THEOS Images: As first Thailand satellite images, THEOS data includes a Panchromatic band with 2m resolution and 4 MS-bands with resolution of 15m… Similar to SPOT images, THEOS data are used to prepare and update land use maps, agriculture and forest maps of large scale...

• In addition, our satellite data archive also includes a number of very-high resolution images of IKONOS (1m & 4m) and QUICKBIRD (0.6m & 2.5m) and radar images of several Vietnam’s cities and areas...
